What is your skin type? Do a Tap Test
If you are still unaware of your skin type then there is a simple solution to determine whether your skin type is oily, dry or combination. “Tap Test” is the best way to find out your skin type.
Before the test, wash your face and dry it using a clean towel and then after 20 minutes take a transparent tap and take a piece of it and place it on your face from one ear to the other over the nose. After about 3 minutes slightly take off the tap and then see the results. If the sticky side of the tap is clear then you have a normal skin type with equal balance of moisture and sebum.
If the sticky side leaves a residue then your skin is oily, and if the sticky side of the tap is cloudy then you have dry skin. This is due to dry skin sticking on the tap.
